Engine-Tank 175

2003 Crimson Fire Tanker with an International 7400 chassis. ET-175 has a 1500gpm pump, 2000-gallon water tank, and a 20-gallon foam tank. It has five pre-connected hose lines, 800' of 4" supply hose, a deck gun, and an assortment of firefighting tools. ET-175 is used primarily for fire attack. It responds to all car accidents in the Muddy Brook District and all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

 

Engine-Tank 275

1988 Ranger Tanker with a Mack chassis.  ET-275 has a 1250gpm pump and a 2500-gallon water tank.  It has six pre-connected hose lines, 800' of 4" supply hose, and an assortment of firefighting tools.  ET-275 is used primarily to supply water to ET-175 at the scene of the fire or to shuttle water to the fire.  It responds to all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

 

Rescue 175

2003 GMC Savana Pro with Gull Wing Doors. R-175 carries medical equipment, oxygen, defibrillator, backboards, and support equipment.  R-175 is used primarily to respond to medical emergencies and car accidents and assists department medical personnel before the Woodstock Ambulance arrives.  It also responds to all rescue calls in the Muddy Brook district and all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

 

Rescue 475

2003 Crimson Fire Heavy Rescue with a Spartan custom cab and chassis.  R-475 has a command center/rehab area in the cab, medical equipment, oxygen, defibrillator, front & rear winches, hydraulic power unit, PTO power generator, portable lights and a light tower.  It has a full assortment of equipment and tools for vehicle, ice, water and firefighter rescue.  It also has a full assortment of tools and equipment for hazardous materials incidents.  R-475 is used primarily to respond to all fire, rescue, and hazardous materials calls.  It responds to all rescue and hazardous materials calls in the Muddy Brook district and all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

 

Engine 175

1981 Farrar Engine with a Ford F-700 chassis.  E-175 has a 1250gpm pump and a 500-gallon water tank.  It has 800’ of 5” supply hose, multiple lengths of drafting hose, and an assortment of fittings so that it can connect to different types of hose, hydrants, and apparatus.  E-175 is used primarily to supply water at fires by drafting from any source of water including ponds, brooks and swimming pools.  It responds to all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

 

Hose 175

1977 Ford F-600 Custom.  H-175 has 1700’ of 5” supply hose.  It carries a portable pump to fill the hose and a manifold to make the best use of the supply line.  H-175 is used primarily to lay down supply line from the water source to the scene of the fire.  It responds to all fires in the Town of Woodstock .

Forestry 175

1952 Dodge Power Wagon 3/4 Ton 4x4.  F-175 has a 100gpm pump and a 140-gallon tank.  It has hose, equipment, gear and tools for use on outside fires.  F-175 is used primarily to attack grass, brush, and forest fires.  It responds to all outside fires in the Muddy Brook district.

 

Service 175

2006 GMC 2500HD Pickup Truck.  S-175 carries a portable generator, portable water pump, fire extinguishers, and assorted equipment to support the department.  S-175 responds to service calls or as requested by a company officer.  S-175 was obtained through a Department of Homeland Security grant at no cost to the Town of Woodstock.

 

Service 275

2007 Ford F-550 Pickup Truck.  S-275 carries hazardous materials detection devices and equipment, a tractor trailer containment unit, and assorted equipment to support the department.  S-275 responds primarily through CERRIT, the regional hazardous materials response team, it is used secondarily by the department for service calls.  S-275 was obtained through CERRIT at no cost to the Town of Woodstock.

 

HazMat 175

2007 Trailer.  HM-175 carries a full compliment of hazardous materials equipment.  HM-175 is towed by S-275 and responds to all hazardous material calls in Woodstock and all CERRIT activations.  HM-175 was obtained through CERRIT at no cost to the Town of Woodstock.
